Eco pallets for the furniture industry

Well-known furniture manufacturers have switched their production from plastic pallets to "ECO pallets" made of multilayer corrugated board. For the individual production (article-related, batch size: 1) of the respective "ÖKO-Pallet", DISCHER Automatisierungstechnik has designed, manufactured and commissioned a fully automatic production line. Here, the respective pallet is manufactured article-related with data from the respective manufacturing process of the furniture, depending on the size of the eco-pallet, with a cycle time from 9 sec. in the running production. Further inquiries have already been received from furniture manufacturers in neighboring countries.
